Any disputes arising hereunder will be resolved through arbitration conducted under the rules of a designated international arbitration association, including any court-ordered proceedings if required by law.We will not engage in extrajudicial procedures.

15. MODIFICATIONS AND WAIVERS

Leduc Casino reserves its right to modify or amend these Terms at any time. The continued Use of our Services following such changes constitutes acceptance and agreement with the revised Terms. No amendment or modification made by you, whether through written notice or otherwise, will have effect on this Agreement.No failure to exercise a provision of this Agreement shall not operate as a waiver of your future obligations.

16. SEVERABILITY

If any provision in these General Terms is found invalid, it shall be removed from the Agreement without affecting its validity and enforceability in other respects.

17. ENTIRE AGREEMENTThese terms constitute the entire understanding between Leduc Casino and you regarding their use (collectively, "Use") of our website, software applications, and/or any other resources provided by us.
